Kwaw Kese jailed one day, ordered to pay a fine of GHC1,200...

Rapper Kwaw Kese, also known as the 'Abodam man' has been sentenced to a day's imprisonment at the Kumasi High Court which was presided over by Judge William Boampong following the rapper's arrest by the police on November 22nd, 2014 for smoking indian hemp at a pub in Kumasi.

In addition, Kwaw Kese has been ordered by the court to pay a fine of GHC 1, 200.00.

But if the 'Abodam man' defaults in paying the said fine of GHC 1,200, he is likely to spend another 3 years in prison with hard labour.

Information gathered so far by Bigtinz.com reveals Kwaw Kese has already paid the fine of GHC 1,200.00 and so will only spend a day in prison which begins today (Thursday, April 23, 2015) and ends tomorrow.
