So who kissed President Yoweri Museveni?...

When some presidents and leaders elsewhere are effecting some serious changes which directly affect their subjects, here we are in Africa with most of our leaders doing the exact opposite.

The President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni has been looking for a certain unidentified lady who was seen planting a kiss on his campaign poster.

According to sde.co.ke, the said unidentified Ugandan lady fearing for her life has gone into hiding ever since it became public that the President has sent his forces to look for her in every corner of the country.

But it has only emerged that President Yoweri Museveni being a ladies man simply wants to give the unidentified lady a “special photo session treat”.

However, the source has yet to know if the lady you see in the image kissing the President on the poster has availed herself or not for this “special treat.”
